    • ACCOSOFT 780 PG is a fabric softener quaternary that is used in wash cycle detergent/ softeners and rinse cycle softeners.
    • Formulations prepared with ACCOSOFT 780 PG and nonionic surfactants result in clear, stable solutions for use in the wash cycle.
    • While the nonionic is cleaning, ACCOSOFT 780 PG softens and controls static cling.
    • Combining the detergent and fabric softener in one product is convenient for the consumer and reduces packaging.
    • ACCOSOFT 780 PG can also be formulated into a full range of dispersion concentrates for use in household and textile softeners.

    Safety Information
    • Handle ACCOSOFT 780 PG with care. Contact with the eyes and prolonged contact with the skin should be avoided.
    • Use gloves and safety goggles when handling ACCOSOFT 780 PG.
    • Wash thoroughly after handling material.

    Storage & Handling

    Storage Condition
    • Bulk Storage Information: Stainless Steel storage tanks of type 304L minimum are recommended, 316L is preferred.
    • Also acceptable are Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) with an Atlac type lining.
    • Tanks should be padded with a nitrogen gas blanket, and equipped with conservation vents and flame arrestors.
    • Tanks should be adequately insulated to maintain elevated temperatures.
    • Generally, mixing is recommended to maintain homogeneity, either by a mechanical stirrer or recirculation loop.
    • Bulk storage facilities should provide for a minimum product temperature of 18°C (65°F) and a maximum temperature of 40°C (100°F).
    • Hot water heating provided through 316L Stainless Steel heating coils is recommended.
    • Steam heating through coils can be used.
