- NovaXan® 80 mesh Xanthan gum is the most commonly used mesh powder due to ease of hydration and dispersion in majority of mixing processes.
- As a food stabilizer, NovaXan® is used in the manufacture of salad dressings, dairy based products, beverages, gravies, and sauces.
- NovaXan® is also the active ingredient in many food grade products such as frozen refrigerated dough, cake mixes, bread, batters, along with gluten free products.
- In the personal and cosmetic care space, NovaXan® is an ingredient in toothpastes, shampoos and lotions.

Storage & Handling
- Shelf Life and Storage Condition
- ADM NovaXan® 80 has a very stable shelf life if stored under normal dry and cool conditions.
- It is recommended that the product be warehoused according to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and that it be used within a 36 month period from the test date on the certificate of analysis. Retesting prior to use is recommended after three years of storage.
