LACTOMAX PRIME - PROZYN is a high-performance, concentrated, and purified lactase produced by a classic strain of microorganism, which hydrolyzes the lactose present in milk and its derivatives, producing D-glucose and D-galactose. LactoMax® Prime can be used to produce lactose-free dairy products, such as milk, cheeses, fermented foods, cream, butter, among others. It can also be used to improve the texture of ice creams, dulce de leche, and fillings.
