- Dosage
- The ideal dosage of LactoMax® Prime may vary according to the process parameters (time, temperature, pH) and the desired degree of hydrolysis.
- For initial tests, the recommended dosage is 0.025 to 0.075% of LactoMax® Prime at temperatures between 5 - 8 °C for 12 to 24 hours, to obtain lactose-free milk.
- For yogurt, the dosage should be from 0.018 to 0.030% at temperatures of 40 - 42 °C for 2 to 4 hours to obtain a lactose-free product.

- Storage Condition
LactoMax® Prime should be stored in a cool and dry place, protected from light, in a properly closed package, at temperatures between 1 and 10 °C. Under these conditions, the shelf life is 24 months. LactoMax® Prime does not require special transport conditions.
