It can also serve as the active ingredient in many food grade release agents such as pan oils, griddle greases and aerosol coatings.
In bread baking applications, it acts to improve dough machinability, volume, symmetry and shelf life.
For cracker, cookie, cakes and pie applications, Yelkin® SUN improves shortening dispersion and acts as a release agent.
Non-food applications of Yelkin® SUN include those where high purity and low microbial content are important.
This product can be widely used in cosmetic and skin care products.
